The programme helps children from rural government schools learn leadership and life skills through activity-based experiences rather than classroom lectures alone.
Learning through participation
Children take part in theatre, traditional sports, music and interactive group activities. Trained coaches debrief the sessions and connect each activity to practical values such as teamwork, communication, responsibility, confidence and perseverance.
Community involvement
The earlier pilot engaged schools and villages in Dharwad district and brought children, parents, School Development and Monitoring Committees and Gram Panchayats together around the programme.
